We offer a fully equipped Video Conferencing Suite for Hire, this includes:
The latest state of the art Sony Video Conferencing Unit, with a choice of Large Plasma screen or Monitor display. The room comfortably seats 8-10 people and is fully Air-conditioned. We are also sales specialists for Video Conferencing systems and can offer a range of Products from the standalone PC Desktop solution to an inter-company Networkable PC Card. Our suite can also be hired for Training Courses, Meetings and presentations and is equipped with every possible presentation aid.

Cost of the Room - £150 Per hour/Part Hour (Monday-Friday
08:00 - 18:00 hours)
Weekdays nights are charged at £200 per hour
Weekend/Bank Holidays are charged at £250 per hour
Scheduling Fee £50 per session.
This includes administration costs and test calls to ensure accuracy, verify system and network compatibility to avoid potential technical issues during the videoconference.
